Villa La Hacienda is fabulously large and sits one block from the seafront in Sitges. This hacienda style villa with capacity of up to 16 people is the epitome of a Spanish Finca getaway.
There are cool spacious interiors and a huge flat lawn surrounding a large private swimming pool. Moreover, a separate annex sleeping up to 6 people is available on this property. There are numerous terraces and Andalusian patios for chilling and it is both child and pet friendly. It has a wow factor all its own.
Offering retreat like characteristics of space, light and luxury in a privileged location, Villa Hacienda has so much to offer! No other villa in Sitges offers quite the same experience! One of the greatest Catalan architects of the 20th century, Jose Antonio Coderch, designed this beautiful space 60s and it retains much of the original features. This villa has 7 bedrooms and an additional sofa bed. It caters for up to 16 guests and is a short walk from the beaches and Sitges centre.

Ground Floor
From the entrance hall you move into the stunning and bright open plan dining room. A beautiful fireplace and floor-to-ceiling windows with views to the garden and pool area welcome you. The kitchen is discretely accessed from the dining area and is fully equipped with all you might need to cater for your group or family.
There is one double ensuite on the ground floor of this villa which traditionally may have been for service staff. Today however, it is refurbished to a very high standard.
First Floor
The first floor has 4 double ensuite bathrooms distributed around the billiard table area – all are spacious and bright.
The Master Ensuite of this villa deserves special mention given its size, dressing room and ensuite bathroom. Likewise, for the direct access to the huge exterior salon on the terrace which looks over the garden and pool area.
Annex
An annex, separated from the main villa by small Andalusian patios, houses 2 double bedrooms. They share a bathroom and a sofa bed which you can use for larger groups.
Outside
Villa La Hacienda boasts a large BBQ area and al fresco dining for 12-14. Additionally, it is perfectly situated on the shaded terrace facing the lawn and pool and kids play area. Every single member of the family is catered for in this villa, including the dog! A perfect dog area is cordoned off by the back of the garden for our 4-legged friends.
